On February 8th, Area 506 unveiled a stacked lineup for 2024 the 2024 festival. Much like previous years, the festival unveiled acts each hour throughout the day until tickets went on sale at 5 pm. Headling the Saint John festival is Grammy-nominated rock band Alvvays who will headline the festival on Friday night. This will be the band’s first show in the Maritimes since opening for The War on Drugs at the Halifax Jazz Festival in 2017. Joining them on the first night of the festival is Nova Scotia's Wintersleep, emerging from a hiatus to play some shows this year.

Saturday night will be headlined by the platinum album-selling band Our Lady Peace. Tokyo Police Club will also take the stage on Saturday, playing one of the band’s final shows before disbanding. The band announced they were moving on to other endeavours earlier this year, with their final three shows taking place in Toronto - all of which sold out quickly.

On Sunday night Sum 41 will headline as part of their farewell world tour. PUP will return to the Maritimes, for the first time since playing the Marquee in Halifax in 2019.

The festival also features a strong undercard with artists like Aysanabee, Monowhales, Devon Cole and Colony House.

VIP and general admission day and weekend passes, group and pod packages are on sale now on the Area 506 website.
