Halifax Jazz Fest Makes First 2023 Lineup Announcement

On Tuesday, February 7, Halifax Jazz Festival, alongside Sonic Concerts, announced that Seattle-based indie rockers Fleet Foxes are headlining the festival on Sunday, July 18. Opening the show is folk duo, Fortunate Ones, who hail from Newfoundland.

This year the Halifax Jazz Festival Waterfront Stage is located at its regular location at 5057 Salter Street. Last year, the main stage was held at the Foundation Lot off Lower Water Street. In addition to the Waterfront Stage, Halifax Jazz Festival hosts other shows around the city at various venues.

The festival returns July 11-16, 2023 and more announcements will be made in the coming months.
