Halifax Urban Folk Festival Announces 2023 Lineup

The 14th annual Halifax Urban Folk Festival is happening from September 24 - October 1. This is a first for the festival, which was previously kicked off on Labour Day Weekend. On June 29, the festival announced its first group of performances including headliners Mary Gauthier, Bobby Bare Jr., and Tommy Stinson.

There will also be presenting shows at the Green Room Patio (at the Marquee), Brightwood Brewery and the Sanctuary Arts Centre in Dartmouth, where HUFF hosts ‘Séan McCann Sings The Great Big Songbook’ on Friday, September 28, at 7 pm.

Tickets for all HUFF shows at The Carleton go on sale on Friday, June 30 at 10 a.m. at halifaxurbanfolkfestival.com.
