New Music Festival This Summer in Halifax

Halifax Music Fest is set to launch this summer at Garrison Grounds from June 27 to 29, marking the first major music event on Citadel Hill in years.

Nickelback will headline Friday night, joined by The Glorious Sons, Big Wreck, and Tenille Townes.

Sunday’s lineup features The Killers, with performances by Alvvays, Lights, and Said The Whale. Alvvays' set marks their first return to Halifax since opening for The War on Drugs at Jazz Fest in 2017.

The Saturday schedule is still to be announced. Single-day tickets will be available, as multi-day passes won’t be offered.
